Congratulations on making the first step towards finishing your GED!

1) Register for GED.Com
The first step is to go to https://ged.com and register for an account. If you are under 18, you may need to do additional paperwork to show that you aren’t registered for school.
2) Go over the Calculator Reference Guide
The GED website has lots of resources to help you get started with studying. The best is their calculator tutorial. Learning how to use the calculator was the biggest game changer for students taking the exam. Go over the calculator reference guide before you study any material. That way, you will know what you don’t need to memorize. The guide is available to you throughout the entire test.
3) Review the Formula Sheet
There is a formula sheet available to you during the GED Math Exam. You should print the formula sheet and always have it available when you’re studying. Looking at the formula sheet before you start studying takes the stress of memorization off your mind.
4) Take a Practice Test
Lastly, I strongly recommend that you pay and register for a practice test. They are $7 per subject and will be one of few times we recommend that you spend money preparing for your GED Math test. After you take your practice test, you are sent a report with what skills you mastered and what skills you still need to study. You can use this report to create your study plan!
And that’s it! After these steps, you are now ready to start studying for your GED Math exam!
